Since our founding in 1978, our vision has steadfastly desired that ACSI will become a leading international organization that promotes Christian education and provides training and resources to Christian schools and Christian educators.

Arizona Christian School Tuition Organization (ACSTO)

ACSTO exists to make Christian Education affordable for everyone through effective implementation of the Arizona Private School Tuition Tax Credit law. Since 1998, ACSTO has transformed dollar-for-dollar tax credit donations made by Arizona taxpayers into valuable tuition scholarships—giving thousands of children the opportunity to attend Christian Schools in our state.

We see a future when no Arizona family will say, “We wish we could put our children in a Christian School, but we just can’t afford it.”

Parents, schools, and donors have trusted ACSTO for over 25 years because we operate on biblical principles, exercise transparency, and go to great lengths to protect a parent’s right to choose the best educational option for their child.

Institute for Better Education (IBE)

The Institute for Better Education (IBE) is an Arizona Certified School Tuition Organization (STO) and 501(c)(3) Nonprofit and Nonpartisan Organization. We are committed to removing any financial obstacles that stand in a family’s way of providing K-12 education for their children and their unique needs. IBE accomplishes this through the Arizona private school tax credit program.

We believe parents are the best resource a child has when determining which school will be the perfect fit for their child. Parents have been able to turn to the Institute for Better Education since 1998 if the right school to fit their child’s needs is not within their financial reach. IBE is honored to play a part in making a real difference in the lives of Arizona children.
